• 11:17:10: Ugh, looking at 2010 stats for attitudes to mental health in the UK is, ironically, very depressing
  
• 11:18:28: Although encouraging to see attitudes are changing, I still think too much emphasis is placed on chucking drugs at people for their problems
  
• 11:20:03: Still upsetting that 15% of people think all mental illness is caused by "a lack of self-discipline and will power." FU, 15% of people
  
• 11:21:25: Whoa! 20% of people think "as soon as a person shows signs of mental disturbance, he should be hospitalised." That really shocks me
  
• 11:22:10: 1 in 4 people suffer mental illness at some point in their lives - that doesn't mean they're dangerous or incapable of functioning normally
  
• 11:22:58: If the answer is just to lock up anyone with a problem, how exactly does that help?
