Anti-Nano Check-In time again!

It's that time again! How are we all doing? I haven't added anything to Night and Chaos since Wednesday, but yesterday I did write a short story for Static Movement's Serial Killers anthology and have it accepted! Yay! So I'm counting that as progress. How about everyone else?

OOooo, that Serial Killers looks REALLY good. I've recently become addicted to Dexter. Are you familiar with that show?

I guess I'm doing okay. I'm getting out about 1k a day. I wish it were more. I wish I could write faster.

Unfortunately, I'll soon be cutting about 1k. I guess that makes net zero on the day that I cut :(

I've read the first Dexter book, and have the first season of the show around somewhere... Really need to get round to watching it! The Static Movement anthologies are really fun, btw. There are so many and they're so varied in theme!

Lol, well, 1k a day is very respectable, even if it ends up being cut. Progress sometimes means backtracking, I'm sure!

Nothing written today, but that's because I'm having a celebratory day off after finishing UtH. I have started plotting the next epic though :)

No progress on Closed for Renovation since Wednesday. I did however write a couple scenes for my pet project (I felt bad letting it languish like that)... That counts, right?

Worked a little bit on both WIPs. Am suddenly aware that Calvin has no personal subplot...

I just completely crack when I feel like I'm not doint it right and then I feel like a failure and just crash and burn.

I usually feel like that about half way through every WIP. Sometimes it helps to just take a few days off and let your mind wander.
