Salsa like you mean it...

Pip and I went salsa dancing last night, thinking it might be an amusing way to pass the time. I surprised myself by A) not falling over and B) really enjoying myself. We're going to start going regularly, provided some tall men show up in the beginners' class. I was wearing heels and I towered over all the men there, which made it kind of hard for them to lead me. "Leading" in salsa seems to consist mostly of shoving the woman around until she steps where you want her to, and I'm not really that shoveable. But never mind; soon I'll be able to rhumba and mambo like nobody's business! Huzzah!

I also did my interview with Midnight Times on Saturday evening - very much fun. We spent a lot of time talking about zombies, but I couldn't find a way to get sharks in there. Sorry, chaostheory.

w00t. I'd totally go. If, y'know, I was anywhere near there. I did some "beginner's Salsa" while in Iraq, and I enjoyed it. Didn't ever get very good, so I'd have to start at the beginning all over again, but...it'd be fun. :)

Lol, definitely. It's opened up a whole world of possibilities for me. If I can learn to salsa, maybe I can learn to krunk.

Although I'm not sure what that is, or if I want to do it.
