So I had my meeting with the Occupational Health Lady yesterday. Disregarding my story of dropping the pan of pasta because it hurt to lift it, she assured me that most of my problems can be solved by changing my posture. She switched my mouse around so it's on my left side (I'm right-handed, so this freaks me out endlessly. I keep reaching for the mouse and slapping my desk because the mouse isn't there anymore) and moved my computer so I'm sitting at a weird almost-twisted angle that makes my knees hurt because there isn't enough leg room under my desk, what with the computer tower, heater and shredding bin there. Finally she told me I have bad circulation.
(She also made me polish my desk. Not sure if that will help anything...)
The cumulative effect of all this so far is: my right arm still aches badly when I use it AND my left hand now aches just as badly because I'm now favouring it. Lol.
