I don't know if that's accurate, because I'm not a fan of what I've read of Palahniuk, but I love your writing. It was too dismally bleak, too "humanity is dirt" for me, even if it is meant to be humor. Normally I don't mind dark, but man, is his writing dark. It's been a while since I read Fight Club or Haunted though.

Aw, thank you :) I asked someone about his writing yesterday and apparently people have been physically sick at his readings! Not something I'd want to claim as an author...

Chuck Palahnuik is GOD! Start with Choke. I don't find him dismal or bleak at all. They are funny, biting, and just... I don't know, there aren't adjectives for his work except AWESOME.

I might have to check him out. I love Fight Club (the film), so feel I should at least read that book.

Fight Club the movie actually ha a better ending then Fight Club the book. BUT the prose tyle is jut amazing.

Oh, and I did this 'quiz' and I got Stephen King :)
