All this revising has got me thinking. (Outside of work hours too. I know! Whatever next?) And what I've been thinking is that, as much as I like my Shakespeare-quotes-as-titles theme, it's probably not very snappy or easily memorable.

So, with Ricia's approval, I am re-christening my SoulFire series. Ill-Met By Moonlight is now Fire and Moonlight. Book 2, which has been in title limbo ever since I finished it, will be Fire and Shadow. I've also got titles for the next two books, but since I won't be writing them until the first one's been sold to some intelligent, stylish, attractive and witty publisher, I'll keep those underwraps for now.

In other news, come July I'll be turning my blog over to my favourite monsters for the month. Hint: Katherine Isabelle was one. Stay tuned for fangs, fur and a book giveaway.

^-^ Thanks. I do like the Shakespeare titles, but I think the new ones work better.

Then stay tuned, my dear.

BTW, are you reading A Carnivore's Inquiry? What do you think of it?

I usually come up with them a lot easier than I do actual stories, lol.

Hmm... normally I find titles really hard, and don't do them until the story is well on its way. Which is why the master file containing "The Archivist" is called story.doc, and the one for BHD was TravellerPrequel.txt (and, of course, "Traveller" is entirely a working title with no intention of it being permanent).

Aww, you've made me realise how much I miss going to CWIL. If I had a printer and home internet access, I'd be able to go! Gggrrr
