Apropos of nothing

So I had this dream a couple of nights ago about dinosaur fish. Like, fish that were part dinosaur, like one was part T-Rex and one could fly and stuff. They were really big and genuinely scary and man-eating. And in the dream there was this house in the middle of the lake and the dino-fish kept attacking it by leaping out of the water and dive-bombing the windows. And the only way to avoid this was to always keep the curtains drawn and the lights off. And the slightest movement inside the house would bring a dino-fish crashing through the windows to fucking eat your head off. People died. There was screaming. It was a scary, messy dream. I mean, these fish were ugly. 

And yet throughout the dream, all I could think (as a passive observer of the dream; it was kind of a lucid dream because I knew I was dreaming and I wasn't a character in the dream), was who the hell builds their house in the middle of a lake full of giant man-eating fish? Idiots!

Anyway, I needed to get that off my chest.
