Zombies are so popular right now - I'm always getting books into review that are full of zombies. I even did an all zombie book podcast at GamingAngels.com.
Personally, I like zombie stories, much like I like vampire, werewolf, dragon and faery stories. It's just another in a long line of supernatural creatures that makes reading more interesting. And with zombies, there's the added benefit of knowing that they could really happen!
