I'm finding that my short attention span isnt helping. I've resorted to actually taking my internet dongle away from myself for a period of time as I write then when I reach a goal, I reward myself with sweets and internet.

Luckily I don't have internet distractions at home. I have to say, the temptation to write at work is almost overwhelming today. There's practically nobody around ... If only I didn't have a massive spreadsheet to fiddle with before Monday. Dammit!
