I have had artists block before, when everything I drew was crap, but for writers block, yeah, if you just put it away for a day the next sentance will spring to mind.

I beleive it wa Ray Bradbury who said 'The muse cannot ignore a working writer' which mean just write and something will come out paper, and if you give it long enough it'll turn into something good.
